Foreign workers in Saudi Arabia weaken nationalization effort

This article talks about the private sector in Saudi Arabia, and how they prefer the foreign

workers than the Saudi workers, by giving some statistics. Also the article says that the labor

ministry created a new system that support nationalization in private sector. However, this

system did not work so well, because of the business owners, they do not like the idea, so they

did not help the labor ministry.
